New York, NY, (June 2, 2008). V V A, LLC, the leading Manhattan-based Project Management & Consulting firm announced the opening of their DC Office, located in downtown Washington, DC. V V A, whose client base boasts some of the top law firms, financial services and media & entertainment companies worldwide, has managed many projects over the years in DC. Now with a permanent presence in DC, the firm will have the ability to be more proactive, and better service clients in this market.
Patrick Marinaro, former Director of Project Management for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region, will head up V V A’s new office. Mr. Marinaro has worked with many prominent corporations and law firms in his greater than 25-year career including Advisory Board, McKinsey & Co., Steptoe & Johnson, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, to name a few. Before joining CBRE, Mr. Marinaro was Vice President of Project Management for Karchem Properties, where he oversaw more than 2 million square feet of phased renovation, expansion and new office build-outs. He was also previously a Partner of Studios Architecture.
