VVA has developed a powerful project management Web site tool which features project access for clients, in an interactive, user-friendly environment.

Cost:
Most commercially available Web sites charge a per person monthly fee, which becomes very expensive to the client. VVA provides this Web tool to clients as part of our basic services.

Complexity:
Most commercially available sites are very difficult to use and may intimidate the very users that should benefit from them. They also have a steep learning curve, which detracts from the ability to hit the ground running. VVA's site is user-friendly, simple and straightforward.

Content Control and Availability:
VVA believes that it is important to control the content of Web postings to avoid generating redundant and/or incorrect information. Documents such as schedules, budgets and meeting notes are fully vetted prior to being posted and are updated regularly so up-to-date and accurate documentation is always available.

VVA's Web site is administered in-house. Project information is posted only by VVA in order to maintain and control content. Each member of the client's team may access project information based on pre-defined levels of secured access. Our Information Systems Manager works with each Project Manager to define the appropriate project information levels for each member of the Project Team.
