Project Close-Out Although the Client may be retaining the same space and remaining in operation during construction, most projects require some amount of move management. VVA manages this process and all other requirements necessary to complete a project while ensuring business continuity in the new space. Prior to completion of construction, we initiate the close-out process, reviewing all open permits and applications, making certain they are ready for inspections and sign-offs and tracking deliverables with our Project Close-Out Checklist. Our services include: · Selection of movers and installers · Punch List Supervision · Observation of Final Testing & Start-up of Utilities, Systems and Equipment · Evaluation of the work for compliance with substantial completion of the project · Securing of warranties and delivering keys, manuals, record drawings and maintenance stocks to the Client.
